This act is an evocation of the overdose of information resulting from
the proliferation of TV channels and series during the 1980s. The character
Corazón Roto, who evokes the nostalgia of pre-democracy Argentina, loses his
sense of identity in a maelstrom of camera effects that recall the Orwellian
slogan “Big Brother is watching you.”
