Blown away to a nearby park when a windstorm wreaks havoc in the neighborhood, Jamie encounters a pack of playful, whimsical dogs. The whimsical dogs belong to a mysterious woman - the Shaman. Stories are whispered of her strange magical powers: she can call the Moon and make the Northern Lights dance! However, a dandy who shudders at the thought of getting his suit dirty is boxed in by those dogs, who are bent on drawning him into their game!
