Richasi's Le Grand Chapiteau is a Cirque du Soleil
information archive. It provides not only information on each and
every one of Cirque du Soleil's creations through the years, but as well
as pictures, themes and reflections of these shows. While some of the information
comes from the before mentioned show programs and the Cirque du Soleil
website, I feel this site reflects my own intrepretations of the shows
with my own personal descriptions from what I have witnessed. So, let us
have fun and enjoy what we love - Cirque du Soleil! To do this, I wish
to eductate you on the workings of this site. Please select from the links

Chapiteau Features
Richasi's Le Grand Chapiteau is a complete multimedia experience, with audio, video pictures
and text to immerse you in the Cirque du Soleil experience. You'll find that the site is divided
into sections, and each section has its own individual sub-sections and content that it pertains to.
In order to make your stay a little bit easier, I shall explain the different sections of the site.
- CirqueCon
Ever want to meet fans of Cirque du Soleil during a special yearly event? If so, CirqueCon is for

- Celebri
From the Italian "to celebrate," Celebri! is a coming together of friends to celebrate Cirque
du Soleil in various geographical settings. By supporting a small reunion multiple times a year, Celebri!
desires to ensnare the jubilant, ecstatic, and euphoric feelings that well up inside each avid Cirque du
Soleil fan and nurture that festivity into a joyous and wonderful occasion with friends and fellow fans
alike! So join us for Celebri! in a region near you - we announce the city and our timetable and all you

This is Richasi's CirqueFAQ, a project that began in 2001. Answers to some of
the most pressing questions are answered in the document, which will pop-up into a new window
for your enjoyment.
- Creations
This section takes the viewer to a secondary menu where you can begin exploring
Cirque du Soleil's many creations. From Le Grand Tour through Varekai and beyond you
will find each and every one of their creations on display. You'll be able to read about the
show's story & theme, follow its itinerary (through Itinéraire), see the acts currently in the
show (via Expérience) and learn about acts and artists of the past (in Of the Past...)
Be sure to visit them all as each has their own unique treasures to find!
- Historia
Historia is our look at Cirque du Soleil history through the years. The troupe had its beginnings
in the early 80s and you can explore those beginnings through the 80's, 90's and today by selecting
Historia.
- Musique
The home to all of the Cirque's musical creations. From the first CD to the latest you will find
pictures, clips and album notes from each release. If you're looking for Lyrics, the Musique section
is also your target!
- Télémagik
This section combines all of Cirque du Soleil's Visual works in one location. Find information on
all of their DVD and VHS releases, documentary VHS's, out-of-print productions and product variations.
- Livres
Meaning "books" in French, the Livres section details all of Cirque du Soleil's print-media
releases throughout the years: from photo books to calendars.
- Treasures of the Troupe
The "Treasures of the Troupe" selection provides interesting items for you to discover
and is a treasure trove full of interesting Cirque du Soleil items. From covering Cirque
special productions like: Alegria-Le Film, Journey of Man and the Halifax G7 performance to Cirque
du Soleil recipies, links to cast pages and various other pieces of information, all at your disposal.
Richasi's Le Grand Chapiteau is always expanding with new pictures and new text as
the information becomes available. So, please, check back often as you never know when something
